Your First Visit

We want you to love your smile, so after you meet your dentist, you'll spend a few minutes chatting about your dental history and goals. You will then receive a comprehensive exam that looks at your teeth, gums, and entire oral system from top to bottom. Afterward, your dentist will discuss their findings with you and recommend any additional treatments you might need.

Payment for Service

At Gentling Dental Care, we deliver healthy smiles at affordable rates. We require payment on the same day services are provided. Payments made in full by cash or check on the same day of service will receive a 10% discount.

Dental Insurance

We accept all dental insurance plans that allow you to choose your dentist. We are considered an Out of Network provider and we made this decision because the steep discounts of insurance would not allow Gentling Dental Care to provide the quality of care and the level of service you deserve. Call us to learn how we can use your insurance plan and any questions regarding coverage.

Free Insurance Claim Filing

Our team is here to help and will file insurance claims at no extra cost to help make sure you receive accurate coverage. Provide us with your updated insurance information, and our office will handle the rest.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Gentling Dental Care requires patients to kindly give a 48-hour notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule. A $50 charge will be issued if no notice is given.

Patients who miss three or more appointments without proper notification may be dismissed from the practice. We will provide 30 days of emergency care for those patients and can assist in referring the patient to another reputable dental provider.

We do realize emergencies can happen and reserve the right to enforce this policy on a case-by-case basis for our patients.
